You found something that made you very happy, then you floated away with it into happy land. The fact that your baseline reality feelings have been altered, you have entered into an altered state of consciousness, this means the thing you found that made you happy is not real. The only way you can be happy with this thing is to find a new space, a new state of being.

Your new state of being will allow you to fight all of the evidence against your new found happiness, on the semi-conscious level, all of this information exists within the world of the real, I am in a different one. Your predictive error correction failed, you likely didn't come up with it yourself, however subconsciously and likely very semi-consciously you knew it to be false. This means you were not oops wrong, oops I believe something wrong, this means you have formed a delusion.
