Within a manic episode can be a hell of a lot of productivity, although you may fly off the handle and start running naked down public hallways loopy on your own level of nervous energy so some of you really need to keep an eye on it and focus it. Unfortunately this means you're going to drain yourself. Your mind is in a constant state of push energy run out of energy, build the energy, push it, run out of energy. It may balance equal, it may balance in your favour, it may balance to your detriment.
Nervous energy isn't supposed to do that, you're giving us high nervous energy people a bad name.
Some of you will go a little psychotic in your thinking and it's best to watch yourself and keep it in, some of you think you just can't do it you have to let out your psychotic unreasonable nonsense anger on somebody... Try a wall. Try a pillow. This isn't the kind of anger you actually need to release on the person you're angry at, as the person you're angry at is a delusional self construction that does not exist so it isn't going to work as well as releasing reality anger on the reality people.
